Installing the Bracket on The Trailer
At first, you have to mount the bracket on the trailer. You are supposed to find four long bolts with your kit. These are for mounting the bracket on the trailer. You just need to mount the bracket on the trailer first, then tighten the nut using a wrench. Make sure that the bracket is mounted strongly and can’t make any kind of movement. If it can make any movement, then it may create a problem.
Mounting the Spare Tire into the Bracket
After mounting the bracket, you need to mount the spare tire on the bracket. You will see that there are three holes in the bracket. You have three lug bolts for inserting into the holes of different sizes. The size depends on the rim. Go according to your one.
Now your task is to insert the lug bolts into the holes of the brackets. After that, mount the spare tire on the bracket. You will see that the lug bolts have already inserted on the disk of your spare tire. Then, you have to insert the bolts into the nuts. Now, again use the wrench and tighten the bolts.
Make sure that you tightening the bolts in a good manner so that the spare can’t make any movement. That’s all. You are done with mounting the spare tire on the boat trailer. Now you are ready to go.
